50mins of heart-racing, muscle-pumping movements that will leave you sweaty & satisfied. Let go for dear life 🙂 Note: Arrive 10mins early to be guided through a proper warm-up complete with RELEASE [tight muscles], REPOSITION [our bodies to capture more efficient movement patterns], and READINESS [the EMPWR’d version of a full-body active warmup].
