The Fit Clique Podcast
Rich Thaw is a Canadian Performance Coach and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) Practitioner currently working at CoreXcellence in Montreal, QC. He is well known in the industry for his online content and diverse areas of expertise, which include the application of the Functional Movement Screen, the aforementioned PRI, and Myofascial Technique.
Like myself, Rich was also an intern under world renowned strength coach and previous Fit Clique guest Michael Boyle of Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, and is a lifelong hockey player, having competed at an elite level for many years before turning his attention to performance enhancement.
